It was very easy to fold. It was a gift for a child for Sinte Claus, but because it is very convenient to adjust the height, we adults also use it for riding.
Highway is the best they fixed my moto hub wheel, despite being out of warranty
The nrw motor is on the.bike the process was simple. The hub itself come with the motor and rim as well as new bolts. It also has a tyre liner with it. Installing was simple I'd recommend a torque wrench though. . Postage was very fast as well specially for this time of year.

Great bike, had no problems with it so far and enjoying it, very comfortable to ride and long lasting battery, simple to put together and nice that it comes with a lock and pump aswell!
The bike looks good and does what its supposed to do. Its a little strange getting used to the assisted peddle.
Its quite heavy at about 25kgs and this makes it difficult to carry up stairs. It would be nice if there was somw sort of carry strap avaliable
very nervous of spending £600 on line for a bike maker I had never heard of, more so when it took longer than predicted to arrive - + 2 days -.
It arrived very well packed, great fun assembling, a nice pack of useful accessories, easy to charge and nothing missing or broken.
First ride was a learning curve but great fun soon got used to assistance and the greater weight. Its comfy easy to ride and control it stops well and accelerates quickly.
No complaints at all, may be parts are not top quality but at the price its all good.
I'm a owner of an hitwayb17 it arrived in only 2 days at 8.30am carried in by 2 men it was in excellent condition no fault,s at all once put together and some charge in the batteries i tried it out what a bike nice and steady on the road when windy not much resistance just like a motorbike everywhere i go people,s eyes are on it even car's giving way so they can watch it go I'll finish by saying the speed can be turned up to 23 mph but it feels like it's faster just be careful ( get one) you won't be disappointed

The first bk9 I call the beast is amazing I have had for 3 years.
Now I've bought one for my wife and she is looking forward to using it but she has to wait for Christmas day though
Quite impressed with the bike. The detachable battery and its range are good. The bike appears to be very well made. My only issue is the levels of power assist - they are set at 6mph, 12mph and 15 mph whereas most other users I know of have their power assist set of 9mph, 12mph and 15mph which I'd much prefer. I'm waiting for a response from HITWAY to remedy this. I was also disappointed the saddle had no suspension spring whereas most reviews I've seen online had this. Overall though, I'm happy with the bike but it would be much better if I can get the assist levels set to my preference.

I love my bike, I recently bought a new controller that was compatible with my bike and it works great, It costed me 30 pounds but I wanted a controller that I could get more speed out of my bk9 fat tyre bike to go off roading at my friend's farm, other than that it's a 5 star bike and I love it! I have put excellent reviews on Facebook but the only downside is I can't get the speed that I want, I've used my savings to buy new brakes from my local bike shop and just want it to go a bit faster..thanks..Johnny
To be honest not opened yet Xmas presents but packed very well and delivered with care
