Great bike for road

I like this BK10S bike for my road rides, the less bulky size and the folding mechanism for the battery.
Its look and the large screen, clearly visible while driving.
Satisfied with my purchase from Hitway.

Great Ebike, poor delivery

So far, I have no issue other than the position of the key. You have to bed everytime to get the right location of the key.
I was told it'll be delivered between 2-4 working days, I order on Thursday and waited until next wednesday before it was delivered.

Youbute reviews didn't do a nice job to make it appealing, even without the battery you're still good to go. Unlike the impression I got on youtube this is a fantastic bike and hope they don't steal it from me. Oh! the app is almost useless, there nothing you can do on the app unlike other bikes that has security features in the app to know when someone moves your bike this app is only for display of millage.

Regarding the key issue, the battery key for the BK10S PRO bicycle is located under the frame, which might not be very convenient. We will provide feedback to our product department to improve the user experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Finally, concerning the app, currently, our app only offers basic functions. However, you can rest assured that more useful features, such as navigation, will be available in the future. You will simply need to update the app when those features are released.
