La mia bici elettrica acquistata come Klapprad BK6S L1 è davvero una classe extra!
Zuerst einmal kommt es gut verpackt und großteils vormontiert an. Il montaggio rimanente è rapido e semplice. Ich habe 45 Minuten gebraucht, bin aber auch penibel und kein "HauRuck" Mensch. Dann Akku geladen und eine erste Probefahrt gemacht. Das Rad ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut gefedert, sowohl vorne am Vorderrad als auch am Sattel. Mir tat nach gut 17 Kilometri zwar der Hintern weh, aber ich bin auch gut 5 Jahre auf kein Fahrrad mehr gestiegen. Vielleicht lag es daran! Trotzdem habe ich mir noch einen Gelüberzug für den Sattel bestellt - für alle Fälle.
Warum mich für ein klappbares E-Bike entschieden habe ist nicht primär die Klappfunktion. Mir ging es um ein kleines, kompaktes Rad welches nicht so schwer ist wie z.B. ein Tourenrad. Das es zur Not auch im Auto mitgenommen werden kann ist ein netter Bonus. Und während meine Nachbarn ihr schweres Fahrrad aus dem Keller hochtragen müssen, kann ich meins bequem im Aufzug transportieren.
Alles in allem bin ich bis jetzt sehr zufrieden und hoffe, dass ich das noch lange bleiben werde.
Ein ganz kleines Manko gibt es: Beim Bohren der Löcher in den vorderen Gepäckträger sind wohl Metallspäne ins Innere gelangt, wo sie herumklappern. Beim Montieren hat es mich schon etwas gestört, allerdings ist beim Radeln davon nichts zu hören.

Finora ci ho percorso 800 km. È stata davvero ottima come bici per andare e tornare dal lavoro (circa 10 km a tratta). L'assistenza trasforma una pedalata di 40 minuti, che di solito è faticosa, in una piacevole pedalata di 25 minuti, permettendomi comunque di fare un buon allenamento per le gambe. La ricarico ogni tre notti ed è sempre pronta all'uso.
È pieghevole, quindi posso riporlo nel bagagliaio del mio SUV.

Sono molto soddisfatto della mia bicicletta HITWAY. La qualità di fabbricazione è al rendez-vous, le vélo è gradevole da guidare, confortevole e corrisponde perfettamente alle mie attente. Après plusieurs sorties, j'en suis pleinement satisfait.
Je tiens également à souligner la qualité du service client. J'ai eu quelques petits problèmes après la livraison (pièces à remplacer et document administratifs), et à chaque fois, le service après-vente a été très réactif, courtois ed efficace. Tutti loro rispondono rapidamente alle mie richieste e trovano una soluzione.
Lo consiglio a HITWAY, anche per la qualità dei veicoli, per un servizio eccellente al cliente.
