Sehr geehrtes HITWAY-Team,
nie ich hätte gedacht, dass man für diesen Preis ein solches Rad bauen kann. Gratulazione! Als alter Radsportler liebe ich zwar leichte Räder; aber jedes Gramm weniger hat ja auch seinen Preis. E leggere, le tue E-Bikes werden in der Stadt auch schneller gestohlen. Deshalb fiel meine Wahl auf HITWAY.
Das Rad ist rundum in Ordnung, zur Verbesserung der Montagequalität möchte ich Ihnen als ausgebildeter Mechaniker und Maschinenbauingenieur noch einige Tipps geben.
Am Lenkervorbau fehlten die beiden Gabelschaft-Klemmschrauben. Die hatte ich aber selbstverständlich in meinem Ersatzteillager. Non daher nessun problema. Ein Problem stellt jedoch die Beschreibung "Einbau des Lenkers" in Ihrer Montageanleitung dar. Dort ist die Montagefolge vertauscht. Man muss zunächst über das Anziehen der Gabelschaftschraube (Punkt 3) das Lenkkopfspiel einstellen und dann (Punkt 2) die beiden Gabelschaft-Klemmschrauben schrittweise anziehen. Falls das Lagerspiel nicht sehr genau eingestellt ist, kann bei diesem schweren Rad ein instabiles Fahrverhalten auftreten.
Ein weiterer Hinweis betrifft die Bremsen. Beide Bremsen waren nicht auf die mitgelieferten Laufräder eingestellt. Die Bremsbeläge schliffen permanent an den Scheiben. Ich musste beide Bremssättel lösen und jeweils um ca. 2 mm verschieben, damit die Scheiben frei laufen konnten.
Diese beiden Arbeiten, vor allem die an den Bremsen, sollten nur von ausgebildetem Personal vorgenommen werden. Sie Laien oder „Hobbyschraubern“ zu überlassen, die noch nie etwas von einem Anzugsmoment gehört haben, halte ich aus Sicherheitsgründen für bedenklich.
Letztendlich noch eine Bitte: Ein Hinweis darauf, welche Schrauben und Verbindungen zur Montage (wie und womit) gefettet werden, wäre für die meisten Kunden sehr hilfreich.
Nach den ersten Probefahrten, die bis auf 40 km ausgedehnt wurden, stelle ich fest: Das Rad ist solide und entspricht meinen Wünschen. Es war ein guter Kauf!

Ich bin soweit sehr zufrieden. Il montaggio è veloce e semplice. Das einzige Manko ist, dass ich mich entscheiden muss zwischen 18,22 oder 25 kmh. Dazwischen ist es leider nicht möglich ohne normal weiter zu treten. Oder mache ich da etwas falsch?
