Das von mir gekaufte E-Bike als Klapprad BK6S L1 ist wirklich Extraklasse!
Zuerst einmal kommt es gut verpackt und großteils vormontiert an. Die restliche Montage geht schnell und einfach. Ich habe 45 Minuten gebraucht, bin aber auch penibel und kein „HauRuck“ Mensch. Dann Akku geladen und eine erste Probefahrt gemacht. Das Rad ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut gefedert, sowohl vorne am Vorderrad als auch am Sattel. Mir tat nach gut 17 Kilometern zwar der Hintern weh, aber ich bin auch gut 5 Jahre auf kein Fahrrad mehr gestiegen. Vielleicht lag es daran! Trotzdem habe ich mir noch einen Gelüberzug für den Sattel bestellt - für alle Fälle.
Warum ich mich für ein klappbares E-Bike entschieden habe ist nicht primär die Klappfunktion. Mir ging es um ein kleines, kompaktes Rad welches nicht so schwer ist wie z.B. ein Tourenrad. Das es zur Not auch im Auto mitgenommen werden kann ist ein netter Bonus. Und während meine Nachbarn ihr schweres Fahrrad aus dem Keller hochtragen müssen, kann ich meins bequem im Aufzug transportieren.
Alles in allem bin ich bis jetzt sehr zufrieden und hoffe, dass ich das noch lange bleiben werde.
Ein ganz kleines Manko gibt es: Beim Bohren der Löcher in den vorderen Gepäckträger sind wohl Metallspäne ins Innere gelangt, wo sie herumklappern. Beim Montieren hat es mich schon etwas gestört, allerdings ist beim Radeln davon nichts zu hören.

I’ve put 800km on it so far. Been really great as a commute bike to/from work (roughly 10+km each way). The assist turns a sweaty 40 min ride into breezy 25 min ride and still get good leg exercise. I charge every 3rd night and it’s good to go.

Je suis très satisfait de mon vélo HITWAY. La qualité de fabrication est au rendez-vous, le vélo est agréable à conduire, confortable et correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Après plusieurs sorties, j'en suis pleinement satisfait.
Je tiens également à souligner la qualité du service client. J'ai eu quelques petits problèmes après la livraison (pièces à remplacer et documents administratifs), et à chaque fois, le service après-vente a été très réactif, courtois et efficace. Ils ont toujours répondu rapidement à mes demandes et ont trouvé une solution.
Je recommande donc HITWAY, aussi bien pour la qualité de ses vélos que pour son excellent service client.

I ordered two identical BK6SL1 folding bikes, one red and the other black. I expected them to be identical apart from the colour. One had folding pedals, the other did not. Hitway credited me the cost of me purchasing folding pedals to match the other bike. One arrived with a damaged saddle - Hitway sent me a new saddle free of charge. One has the brakes connected in the Europe/USA style (R/L) whereas the other has them correctly connected for the UK (L/R). I shall have to ride very carefully. One of the bikes has a steering circle lock on it to stop the handlebars turning right round which is dangerous. The other bike does not. In use, one bike is whisper quiet on the road, the other has sounds of clicking all the time which I guess I will have to live with.
