Belangrijke compatibiliteitsopmerking:

  • 48V- en 36V-accu's zijn NIET onderling verwisselbaar. Zorg ervoor dat u de juiste accu kiest op basis van de spanningsvereisten van uw fiets om compatibiliteitsproblemen te voorkomen.

Wat is inbegrepen:

  • Elke batterij wordt geleverd met twee sleutels om de batterij vast te zetten.
  • Oplader niet inbegrepen: Als u een oplader nodig hebt, kunt u deze apart aanschaffen via deze link: HITWAY eBike-oplader.

Great Ebike, poor delivery

So far, I have no issue other than the position of the key. You have to bed everytime to get the right location of the key.
I was told it'll be delivered between 2-4 working days, I order on Thursday and waited until next wednesday before it was delivered.

Youbute reviews didn't do a nice job to make it appealing, even without the battery you're still good to go. Unlike the impression I got on youtube this is a fantastic bike and hope they don't steal it from me. Oh! the app is almost useless, there nothing you can do on the app unlike other bikes that has security features in the app to know when someone moves your bike this app is only for display of millage.

Fantastic ebike it was easy to assemble it by myself but once I started using it for work, It . I do wish it was a bit faster but I'm still experimenting with it. Great bike overall…

Ein tolles Bike

Ich habe lange herumgesucht und bin normalerweise kein Freund von Internetkäufen, habe das Bike dann aber bestellt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und der Preis ist absolut unschlagbar. Der Gesamteindruck und die Handhabung sind super. Vor allem die Federung, der Sattel, die Kraft des Motors und das Bremslicht (!) haben meine Erwartungen absolut übertroffen.
Was mir nicht gefällt ist die starke Verzögerung mit der der Motor anspringt, und dass man eigentlich nur in der stärksten der lediglich 3 Stufen bequem fahren kann und der Motor einen dann auch immer gleich zur Höchstgeschwindigkeit (und entsprechendem Verbrauch) schiebt, auch wenn man mal etwas langsamer fahren will. Stufe 1 und 2 sind dagegen eigentlich nutzlos weil man nur auf ein sehr geringes Tempo kommt und trotzdem noch viel Kraft braucht.
Kleine Mankos die man auch vielleicht noch beheben kann:
- Das Zusammenbauen fand ich schon nicht ganz einfach, aber die Voreinstellung der Bremsen am Vorderrad waren falsch und ich musste damit leider in eine Werkstatt zwecks Korrektur (Bremsen konnte und wollte ich nicht selber machen).
- Der Tacho zeigt die Geschwindigkeit nur bis zu den erlaubten 25 km/h, auch wenn man bergab oder durch eigene Kraft schneller fährt. Das ist ziemlich absurd.
- Die Lieferung durch einen Spediteur bekommt leider ein dickes Minus. Diese Firma schickt den Transporter nur los, wenn sie einen am Telefon erreicht hat. Andere Kommunikationswege Fehlanzeige. Daher mehrere Tage Verzögerung. Schade.

The Hitway BK10s is by far the best bike my wife has ever owned, i own the BK9s which is way we went with Hitway once again. BK10s is a solid build and feels like it should cost a lot more than it does. Even though the brakes are cable operated they work very well indeed. Not yet found a hill that the bike struggles on so the commute to work and back is effortless. Rear tail light and brake light are very bright at night and are sure to be noticed by all other road users. Have used both bikes on and off road and i must say performance is up there with the more expensive brands. All in all a very good purchase.
