Das Bike fährt sich echt toll und der Zusammenbau war sehr einfach für mich auch ohne Anleitung. 36 Volt sind okay würde auch mal ein Akku von 48 Volt nehmen ich liebe die Geschwindigkeit aber ein tolles Bike.
Es ist bereits das zweite Elektro Fahrrad von Hitway bei uns in der Familie. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit dem Bike. Super Reichweite und bequem zu fahren.
The BK7S is a brilliant buy - for the money!
Would I prefer that it was lighter? Sure! Would I rather have torque sensing assist rather than pedal assist? Of course! 9 gears rather than 7? Naturally. Hydraulic rather than cable brakes? Yeah - that would be nice!
But to get just some of those features, other makes will charge you double the BK7S price; to get all of them they will charge you even more.
So, the BK7S is excellent for the money.
This bike is amazing, as an older lady it make cycling enjoyable again, 100% recommend. Thanks Hitway for your advice

Das Fahrrad wurde super gesichert verpackt geliefert, der Aufbau ging schnell und flüssig von der Hand. Nach der ersten Probefahrt war ich sehr glücklich und zufrieden, aber dabei festgestellt das die Fahrstufe 1 nur bis 10 km/h (alte Version 15), die Fahrstufe 2 bis 15 km/h (alte Version 20) und die Fahrstufe 3 bis 25 km/h (ok) geht.
Beim zweiten Test festgestellt, das die alten Fahrstufen für ein flüssiges Fahren besser sind.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Hitway und dem Verkäufer wurde mir mitgeteilt das man die Fahrstufen nicht ändern kann :-((( .
Außerdem ist die Fahrstufe 3 (ok) mit 25 km/h, aber nach GPS sind es nur 23,7 km/h und das der Tacho bei allen Fahrstufen nur die Max Anzeige zeigt, obwohl man schneller fährt.
Man muss wissen, daß das Fahrrad beim Treten immer bis zur Höchststufe fährt,
das ist Anders wie bei einem Standart-E-Bike…..aber ok.
Mein Frau kommt aber mit der Fahrstufe 2 nicht zu recht, denn die ist ihr zu gering. Die Fahrstufe 3 ist ihr manchmal zu schnell. Und man kann nicht durch langsamen treten dies beeinflussen….die Änderung der Software wäre wünschenswert !!!!
Aber im Großen und Ganzen ist das Fahrrad top verarbeitet und für die Preisklasse einfach Klasse, das Gewicht etwas zu viel.
Über den Akku kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, muss man noch mehr Testen.

Reichweitentest….Fahrer 110 kg, Ebene Strecke, Fahrstufe 3 (23,7km/h)
Ergebnis 45 km :-(
Für mich noch ausreichend, da ich es für ein WoMo benötige um kleine Strecken zu fahren.
Es wäre schön gewesen etwas mehr….60 km

Hallo das Fahrrad ist ist soweit sehr gut bis auf kleine Kratzer dällen ,das einzige was ein Schwachpunkt ist sind die Pedale an einem Fahrrad sind Nieten rausgegangen da mach ich weilchen ran wie gesagt ansonsten passt das so

Bin ganz begeistert von dem BK11. Der Zusammenbau war kinderleicht. Fährt sich auch ohne Zuschaltung des Elektromotors ohne Probleme. Nutze den Motor nur für Bergauf und das schafft dieser ohne große Mühe bereits im Pas1 Modus. Klare Kaufempfehlung
Nach langer überlegung haben wir uns entschieden für zwei Hitway Bk6s L1 faltbare e-bikes.
Der starke 15,6 amp motor war durchschlag gebend. Bis jetzt haben wir keine problemen mit die räder. Und der contact mit Hitway läuft sehr gut..👍👍👍
Got my Bk9s a week or so ago . Got to say excellent piece of kit , easy assembly, great responses and quick from customer service (email works better) with any questions or concerns I may of had , delivery slightly longer than stated but just over a week . Took a few days for the tracking to update but otherwise good . Only complaint is possibly the brakes which don’t feel or sound to great , but very cheap to replace if and when I need to . Great buy for the money so far . Very pleased .
Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Vorteilhaft wäre eine Halterung für die Luftpumpe,aber sonst top.
Awesome first E-bike. Had little trouble with it so far, the seats suspension is a bit iffy but other than that I’m happy
The bike is well designed and well made, powerful motor and looks good. My only criticism would be the packaging, I know it needs protecting but there is a lot un-recyclable packaging which I’m sure could be replaced by cardboard
This is the second time I bought these break pads my daughter usually cycle fast, so the pads worn out in a few months. Just needed to keep replacing them from time to time.
The bk5 is a brilliant ebike and I recommend it to enyone that lives in a city or town or just wants to go out for a ride in the countryside 😀
Soweit gut aber im Handbuch steht nicht wie ich die Systemsteinstellungen ändern kann, ich würde gerne wissen wie ich die Akkus im Steuermenü ein bzw ausschalten kann wenn ich z.B nur einen Akku nutzen möchte unterwegs.
Generell wäre es schön eine Beschreibung für die Menüführung zu bekommen.
