The scooter seat is so nice and the suspension is amazing on the seat. We had a problem trying to fold the scooter seat once it was installed and most of the parts fell out of the seat like the lever and springs but we found out where to put them. Word of advice don’t adjust the lever on the bottom of the scooter only push it up and down not twisting. If u want to fold push the lever down and push the metal bit in (which is next to the lever) and it will fold. If they could add a manual on how to fold the scooter seat it would be a lot better. Installing it was very easy as they added a yt video on how to install it on their Chanel. Other than that the scooter seat is amazing and we really enjoyed it. The scooter seat is a 5 stars as the suspension is bouncy and it’s super comfy. But the reason I put 4 stars is because they didn’t add a manual!
